Congratulations to the Tisch alumni who won a 2022 Critics Choice Award!

The 27th Annual Critics Choice Awards were announced on Sunday, March 13th, honoring the finest achievements of filmmaking and television programming in 2021. This year, 4 alumni won 4 Critics Choice Awards for their work on 3 projects.

We are thrilled to celebrate Billy Crystal '70 (BFA, Kanbar Institute, Film & TV), Dean's Council, for winning the Critic's Choice Lifetime Achievement Award! Crystal has been working in film, television, and theater for 50 years, and has won 5 Emmys and 1 Tony, been nominated for Grammys and Golden Globes, and has hosted the Grammys and the Oscars. His new musical comedy, Mr. Saturday Night, opens on Broadway on April 27.
