Benjamin Rutkowski is a New York-based Local 600 director of photography and alumni of NYU’s Graduate Film program. He has shot ad campaigns for Amazon Prime, Squarespace, Unilever, adidas, LG, Beats by Dre, Taco Bell, Samsonite, Thermofisher, Deloitte and Salvatore Ferragamo, and collaborated with acclaimed directors including Spike Lee, Reinald Marcus Green, Warren Fu, Lance Oppenheim and Laura Terruso.
His body of work has been recognized with cinematography award nominations from Kodak, ARRI, the St. Kilda Film Festival and appeared at the Sundance Film Festival, SXSW, TriBeCa Film Festival, AFI Fest and online on NOWNESS, Short of the Week and Vimeo Staff Picks.
Ben’s most recent work includes Spike Lee’s 5-part ESPN documentary “Da Saga Of Colin Kaepernick” and a 270-degree immersive film for MCAAD Museum in Washington, DC.
