Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program alum presented THE DOOR at Discover: New Musicals, an evening of short new musicals by National Asian Artists Project (NAAP) on September 28, 2026.
With book & lyics by Seth Christenfeld and music by James Ballard (both Cycle 23), THE DOOR follows a couple when a portal opens up in their backyard on an ordinary Sunday morning.
The evening also featured Minhui Lee (Cycle 24) as musical director of one of the short musicals.
