The 29 Project: Daniel
Please join us in the coming weeks for The 29 Project : a new initiative in collaboration between Grad Acting, the Department of Dramatic Writing, and the Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program.
Three projects - two plays and one musical, written by alums of the Writing programs and performed by the Grad Acting Class of 2024 will be rehearsed and presented for one week each in Theatre C of The Paulson Center.

When David, a caring - and seemingly straight - English teacher, is handed a “Gender Workbook” by his queer student Daniel, David’s world and identity is thrown into question. He is sent on a journey of memory, magical elephants, educational bureaucracy, and Dolly Parton.
