Logline: The Ghostwriter is a half-hour comedy about a middle-aged, out of work actress whose life takes a surreal turn when the character that made her a TV star in the 90s appears - in the flesh - to get her career back on track, by ghostwriting the reboot of the show that first brought them together.
Bio: Aggie Hewitt is a screenwriter and playwright from Los Angeles. Her work has been featured on Funny or Die, College Humor, UCB Originals, TVGuide.com, Smosh, Cracked and Buzzfeed among other outlets. Her play "40 Whacks" ran for 20 weeks at Chicago’s Annoyance Theater and was featured in the TBS Just For Laughs Festival. Her ten minute play "Grad Night" was included in NYU's Festival of Short Works. She has been called "deathlessly astute" by the L.A. Weekly. She holds a B.A. in Acting from Columbia College Chicago and an MFA in Dramatic Writing from NYU Tisch.
