Ralph De Palma

For 25 years Ralph has counseled entertainment’s biggest names on all aspects of film, television, music and theater transactions, including financing and production arrangements, distribution agreements, talent agreements, and intellectual property acquisitions and dispositions.

Ralph has LL.Ms in Taxation and Corporate Law from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.F.A. in Film and Television Production from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. 

Prior to entering law school, Ralph worked in the film industry and as a musician.
