Noah Schamus (they/them) is a filmmaker of narrative and documentary films. Their debut feature Summer Solstice screened at festivals across the US and Europe, including Provincetown, NewFest, and Deauville. The film was distributed by Cartilage Films and received a New York Times Critics Pick. Their hybrid documentary short, The Script, co-directed with Brit Fryer, was produced by Multitude Films as a part of their Queer Futures series. The Script can currently be seen on The New Yorker and The Criterion Channel. They are currently in post-production on their feature documentary, With Time, which has received support from ITVS Open Call, the Jerome Foundation, JustFilms | Ford Foundation, and others.
