Facilities Administration

Tisch Facilities Administration provides planning, design and implementation of maintenance, renovation and construction projects. In conjunction with NYU Facilities and Construction Management (FCM) this department ensures compliance with all applicable University, municipal and federal codes and policies.

Tisch Facilities Administration also serves as the liaison with FCM, CBS cleaning services, the Department of Public Safety, Office of Sustainability and other University offices regarding building operations and management.

In addition, this office manages and supports the operation of Tisch public spaces including room scheduling and obtaining special permits.
