Tisch cleaning services are provided by Collins Building Services (CBS), contracted by FCM. Cleaning schedules vary building to building and floor to floor.
General cleaning services include:
- Trash and recycling pickup
- Restroom supply replenishment
- Restroom cleaning
- Vacuuming and sweeping
- Washing/polishing floors
- Shampooing carpets
- General cleaning
- Light bulb replacement
- Sidewalk cleaning and snow removal
Additional cleaning may be requested as needed by submitting a work order request. Additional charges may apply.
