Disposal of Furniture and Large Equipment

To dispose of furniture and large equipment:

• Complete and submit an Asset Management Surplus Request Form.

• Once the item is approved for disposal, you will receive an email confirmation which you will then place on your item.

• Place a Work Order Request to have the item(s) removed by CBS.
