FEATURING WORK BY

In the exhibition PAST, PRESENT, FUTURE, NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts Department of Photography and Imaging is featuring photo-based works from some of our most recent alumni (Class of 2016). The works are varied, exploring themes of identity, intimacy, family, community, the vernacular, history, and image-making itself. The artists take inspiration from the rich tradition of the history of the medium, as well as work in new and emerging media. Our students are visually eloquent image-makers and perceptive observers, genuinely immersed in the world and culture of today.
