In Korea, Sujin worked as a Director specifically in Theater. For the sake of getting beyond ‘the fourth wall’ that has continuously been important in the history of theater, the participatory form as well as techniques to cross all ‘lines’ within the theater project are pursued. In this process, Sujin explores the boundaries of the audience, genre, and structure of the play and intends to sustain interdisciplinary convergence with different genres, as well as establish a unique theater creation method through participation. Three important keywords for creating the theater piece are “boundary, convergence, and participation.”

Why PS @ NYU?

I want to explore interdisciplinary art! I want to deepen my works, and for this I think I need to study all about Performance. And NYU Performance Studies based on Interdisciplinary Arts, That's the greatest advantage for me.
