Ray is an actor and a coach for acting and voice. He is pursuing a master’s degree in Performance Studies at NYU. He graduated with an MA Physical Acting at University of Kent (U.K.). He also holds a BA in Acting from Shanghai Theatre Academy (China). Currently, He is doing a teacher training at Michael Chekhov International Academy Berlin (MCIA). His research centers around the Michael Chekhov Acting Technique and Linklater Voice Studies as well as the Body Politics. 

Why PS @ NYU?

I would like to use Performance Studies to look through the theatre techniques and find a way to express my theatre work. I would like to be rich in academic theories in acting and performance.
