Zihan Gao

 I am a girl from Dalian, China. I like playing some easy sports. Also, I like playing the piano, although I can only play a little bit. I really like to explore different things about performance, theater, etc. As a result, I think performance studies is a really good start for me. I used to write some story pieces when I have time. At the same time, I like to talk with different people in order to know more aspects and gather more information. No matter these pieces of information useful or not, I think this is a good way to connect with others. I accepted the go local Shanghai option this fall semester, so I think this will be another kind of study experience.

Why PS @NYU?

I want to know more about how performance impact people' s life, and I can use the things that I learned in P.S. to develop my future career, which is something in theater.
