Mamadou Dia, a thesis student from Senegal, has been one of the twenty selected for the TIFF Talent Lab for 2017.
TIFF Talent Lab takes place during the Toronto Film Festival, and aids emerging filmmakers from all around the globe to help develop their feature scripts. Mamadou's script, his first feature, takes place in current day northern Senegal.
