In my internship I assisted the Riverside Church in gaining intellectual control over their collection, providing a rough assessment as to the state of their collection, and creating a plan for the future, both regarding reformatting and disasters. I was in charge of this project. I chose the focus of the project, and had a good deal of control over my future. I wasn't able to view the materials but managed to get more experience in project management.
