Pato Hebert opens Ataqueridas at Ciudad Queer X Quito on July 7, 2017. The exhibition of photographs came out of Ciudad Queer in Sao Paolo in which a group of artists, activists, researchers and curators gathered to examine the relationship between queer and the contemporary city.

Translated:

Cities are those complex scenarios in which we deploy our real self -sexual, political, and professional- and where every aspect of our identities is questioned as a question in relation to the space we are sharing with other bodies in the city. How is the city shaped in the stories of the memory and the history of LGBTIQ + subjects, whose social existence is a product of the city itself?
