Dr. Ella Shohat Releases New Book

Ella Shohat's newest book, On the Arab-Jew, Palestine, and Other Displacements was released earlier this year. As part of the launch, Dr. Shohat participated in a conversation at De Nieuwe Liefde entitled "Islamophobia and Antisemitism: Reflections of an Arab-Jew". Additionally, she has collaborated with artist Michael Rakowitz and curator Regine Basha on Dar Al Sulh-Domain of Conciliation, a unique supper club filled with Iraqi-Jewish food, music, toasts and other interventions to "create and reclaim a space for shared celebration of Arab Jewish culture." -mosaicrooms.org
