In January of 2016, MA Arts Politics students joined Dr. Marta Moreno Vega in Puerto Rico for a course entitled The Cultural Imperative: Intersections in Cultural Equity, Cultural Arts & Public Policy. During their time they worked with artist Eguardo Larregui and ImagineSanturce to begin the transformation of an abandoned structure into an artists community space. They filmed the short video above to document the experience.
The video was submitted to the Tisch GoPro Challenge as part of the Tisch 50th Anniversary celebrations.
