Aperture Open Summer 2017

Aperture Open Summer 2017

Department of Photography & Imaging alumni Perri Hoffman and Lili Holzer-Glier are participants in this summer's Aperture Open Exhbition, entitled On Freedom. The show offers a photographic response to Franklin D. Roosevelt's Four Freedoms: freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom from want, and freedom from fear.

The exhibition is curated by For Freedoms, an artistic collective which operates at the nexus of political and cultural production in contemporary America. Hank Willis Thomas, Co-Founder and Wyatt Gallery, Executive Director of For Freedoms are also alumni of the Department.

The exhibition will remain on view through August 17, 2017
