"Growing Up Coy" Promotional Image
Over a year after its debut, Eric Juhola's feature documentary "Growing Up Coy" continues to make an impact. In Fall 2017, Juhola received a grant co-presented by Sundance Institute and the Arcus Foundation for audience engagement and social impact activities related to the film, currently available on Netflix. Eric has also been invited to participate in Film Society of Lincoln Center's Artist Academy, a three-day creative lab for filmmakers held in tandem with the 55th New York Film Festival. The film was also recently featured in the Nederland Film Festival, which takes place near the main subject, Coy's home town.
