Alumna Atsuko Hirayanagi's film Oh Lucy, premieres in theaters around New York today. It is screening at the Landmark at 57 West and the Village East Cinema. The film follows a Tokyo woman who falls for her English instructer and follows him to California when he disappears from class.
Oh Lucy has been nominated for two Independent Spirit Awards: Best First Feature and Best Actress. It was produced by alumnus Han West.
