Jasmyn Castro, Jimmy Carter Presidential Library, Summer 2014, IMLS
As a summer intern at the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library, I assisted the archives and audiovisual staff with basic archival functions such as processing, preservation, reference and general archival work. This work was performed with textual and audiovisual collections that included photo prints, 35mm photo negatives, 16mm film, videotape (U-Matic, DigitBeta & VHS), audiotape (Audiocassette and Reel to Reel) and digital formats.
