Genevieve Havemeyer-King, CUNY-TV, Spring 2014, NEH
During my time at CUNY-TV, an educational public broadcasting station based at the CUNY Graduate Center, I supported archiving activities for legacy collections and new acquisitions to the Library. By creating new digital preservation masters, preparing materials for preservation off-site, and enhancing catalog records in CUNY-TV's database, I facilitated staff in upholding CUNY-TV's mission of providing public access to their collections. The variety of tasks I learned at CUNY-TV has helped prepare me for a future position in a fast-paced production environment.
