Celebrating 25 Years at the Sundance Film Festival
Tisch students and alumni continue to fuel the film industry, as evidenced by the 2018 Sundance Film Festival selections. 34% of the films and projects at this year's Festival were affiliated with Tisch alumni. Of the films in competition, 11 were Tisch written, directed, or produced by Tisch students or alumni.
For 25 years, NYU Tisch School of the Arts has had a presence at the Sundance Film Festival. We were proud to continue our support of independent and creative storytelling.
In addition to our annual Tisch Alumni Party (Saturday, January 20), we hosted TISCH ON MAIN, an exclusive home on Main Street for alumni to rest, recharge, and meet other alumni during the first weekend of the festival.
