Baayoork Lee - Exploring Michael Bennett

This year, the Institute of Performing Arts will begin a new series entitled: Women in Theater. Our community initiative will bring in innovators in the creative arts who through their commitment to their craft have successfully navigated and transformed the field.

Our first Master Class will feature 2017 Honorary Tony Award Winner Baayork Lee and the work of Michael Bennett. The inaugural master class will be curated by Tisch Dance Chair Sean Curran and Tisch Drama Chair Rubén Poland and feature choreography from “A Chorus Line” and “Promises Promises” performed by Tisch Drama and Tisch Dance students.
