Happy Spring 2017 Semester! As you settle into a new semester and fresh start, it’s the perfect time to think about ways to set yourself up for success not only academically and artistically, but also mentally.

Some of the strongest resources offered through the Student Health Center are the various groups that can help with anything and everything from anxiety and stress to insomnia and procrastination.

Not sure you’re ready to commit to a full semester group? Check out the toolkit offerings – you can drop in once for a tune up or multiple times throughout the semester. There’s even a mindful coloring toolkit!
