INK was a modern dance program which concluded the Shanghai World Expo Music Festival in 2010. This was the first international artist collaboration being presented on such a large-scale in China s history. The program between American and Chinese artists was conceived, produced and directed by Aly Rose. Aly teaches Steps, Rhythm and Movement of Chinese Dance in the Tisch Open Arts curriculum. She also is an Asia 21 Young Leader of the Asia Society. She lectures and performs at the China Institute, Columbia University, and Sarah Lawrence College in New York. The following video by Jafar Fallahi captures the making of INK.
