The 2011 Nominations for the Antoinette Perry Award for Excellence in Theatre, also known as the Tony Awards, were announced Tuesday, May 3rd. The awards recognize achievement in live American theatre and are presented by the American Theatre Wing and The Broadway League. The 2011 Award ceremony airs on June 12th.
