Third year student, Myrsini Aristidou has won the The Special Prize of the Generation Kplus International Jury for the Best Short Film at Berlinale for her short film "Semele"

Jury members said of "Semele": "The director’s spare, unadorned style is in perfect step with the story, allowing the emotional undercurrents to slowly work their way to the surface. Quiet looks, small smiles, build to a common bond between father and daughter. This is simply about a girl who wants to see her dad."
