Dee Rees & The Cast of "Mudbound"
The nominees for the 90th Academy Awards were announced on Tuesday and two Grad Film alumnae were nominated.
Dee Rees was nominated for Best Adapted Screenplay for Mudbound, which she also directed. Mudbound received three other nominations in Best Cinematography, Best Supporting Actress, and Best Original Song.
Lisa Bruce produced the film The Darkest Hour which garnered six nominations including one for her for Best Picture.
