Pop Aye, a film written and directed by alumna Kirsten Tan, won the Grand Jury award at the Bangkok ASEAN Film Festival. Tan's film is set in Thailand and features Thai actors, including a Thai elephant named Bong.
Pop Aye was produced by alumnus Weijie Lai and alumna Chananun Chotrungroj was the Director of Photography.
