The Michael Chekhov Association, the not-for-profit organization dedicated to preserving the artistic vision and technique of well-known acting teacher Michael Chekhov, has announced that Tisch Drama/New Studio on Broadway teacher and Tony-nominated actress Michele Shay will receive the first-ever Zelda Fichandler Scholarship.
