After celebrating the label's 10th anniversary, childhood friends turned music industry tastemakers Derek Davies and Lizzy Plapinger will discuss taking Neon Gold (Charli XCX, St. Lucia, Tove Lo, Ellie Goulding, The Knocks, Marina And The Diamonds, et. al) from their dorm rooms to the international stage.
