At Human Rights Watch, I got hands-on experience cataloging and preserving digital video materials in a production environment. Through one-on-one training sessions with my supervisor, I learned essential aspects of systems administration and database management, and I also enjoyed many perks that HRW offers to make their internship program welcoming and rewarding.
