Marie Joan Maniego

Joan Maniego is Chief of Staff at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. With NYU since 2004, she ensures that the School’s strategic goals are being advanced and projects are implemented. Before taking on her current role, Joan managed key functions in Resource Planning, including budget and finance, information technology, facilities administration and human resources. 

Prior to moving to New York, she had a distinguished career in banking, portfolio management, investment banking, venture capital, investor relations and corporate communications. Joan holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of the Philippines, master certificates in Finance and Organization Management from the Asian Institute of Management and NYU Stern Executive Education.
