Barry McNabb ~~ University of Oregon - Bachelor’s Social Science 1981 in Dance, Distinguished Alumnus 2004. Professional debut for Bob Fosse as featured soloist and Dance Captain- “Dancin’”. Original Broadway cast member; “The Phantom of the Opera”, “Me and My Girl”. Director and/or Choreographer; Broadway (Touch of a Poet, Easter Bonnet Competitions), Off-Broadway (Irish Repertory Theatre -20 years, CSC, Lincoln Center, The Public Theatre, Circle Rep, etc.), International (Madrid, Barcelona, Seoul, MonteCarlo, etc.), Regional (Pittsburgh Public, GEVA, Alley, Seattle 5th Ave, Asolo, Prince Music Theatre, etc.). Television; “Late Nite with Conan O’Brien” - 13 years, “Saturday Night Live” - 5 years, “Howard Stern” - 5 years. Awards; Premio (Spain). Nominations; NY Drama Desk, Lucille Lortel, Audelco, Connecticut Critic Circle, MAC, Bistro, Barrymore and Emmy, etc. Mr. McNabb has taught at the University of Oregon, Pennsylvania State University, New York Academy Dramatic of Arts, American Musical and Dramatic Academy as an instructor and at numerous institutions and studios throughout USA and Europe as a guest artist.
