Join us October 23-27
Our annual Week of Community is an opportunity to engage with the vibrant artists, scholars, and entrepreneurs at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and explore the creative work being developed here. This week presents a unique moment to investigate the school’s breadth of scholarship and craft, and enjoy new experiences and conversations within our community. We kick things off Monday, October 23, and invite you to participate in the many program offerings, including lunches, showcases, and other special events. We look forward to seeing you there.

Collaborative Arts
Warm up for Week of Community with Jam House 4. Encapsulating the essence of Collaborative Arts, Jam House is the culmination of a 48-hour weekend workshop that brings together the entire program to connect and create with working professional artists. Be a part of the audience as students present their interdisciplinary projects.

Visit Tisch's campus in Brooklyn and enjoy lunch hosted by Dean Allyson Green. While you're there, be sure to check out the homes of ITP/IMA, the NYU Game Center, and the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music.

An informal showing of works and works-in-progress by the 2023 cohort of HEAR US awardees. HEAR US (Honoring, Elevating, and Recapitalizing Underrepresented Stories) is a mentorship program celebrating and advancing student projects that center marginalized voices and stories.

In celebration of Community Week, join Tisch Drama for staged readings of plays from the Climate Change Theater Action Festival (CCTA) 2023 and a rich discussion with student and professional panelists about the role of theater in addressing climate change.
