THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE, by Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program alum and faculty member Rachel Sheinkin (cycle 10) and former faculty member William Finn, began an off-Broadway revival at New World Stages on November 7.
...SPELLING BEE was nominated for six Tony Awards and won for two, including Best Book of a Musical for Rachel Sheinkin. This production is a New York Times Critic's Pick.
