Alumna Laura Moss has been tapped to direct After Birth, a film from Fangoria that is a loose adaptation of the classic Frankenstein story. Moss wrote the screenplay with Brendan O’Brien and this film will be her feature directing debut. After Birth "follows a morgue technician who successfully reanimates the body of a little girl, but to keep the child breathing, she will need to harvest biological materials from pregnant women."
