Rolin Dai has a fascination with creating 3D images, animations, and various types of multimedia design. Her work mainly explores new narrative forms through the use of emerging technology which plays a key role in the development of her digital storytelling. With such enthusiasm for digital art, she always finds it interesting to try out something new when combining the old elements with today’s new technology. Thus, a significant portion of her artwork includes objects featured in the early 20s, years in her early childhood, e.g. Y2K error, old photo albums, and electronic machines. Rather than a criticism of the fast-paced age, it's more like a memorization of the collective memory of the past.
