"Motivated by a desire to push my creative boundaries, I committed myself to explore the
uncharted proverbial blank canvas, that symbolizes a pristine studio space. Previously, my photography had been predominantly rooted in dynamic street and natural environments. However, I felt an undeniable need to confront my discomfort with studio settings, recognizing them as a unique opportunity to harness the full spectrum of my imaginative capacities. Instead of viewing an empty white studio as a hindrance, I saw it as a catalyst for unlocking untapped creativity within my own mind. In this controlled space, the only boundaries were those of my own ideas, allowing me to shape, play and mold my artistic vision without the distractions or help from the external world. By doing so, I put a greater emphasis on makeup, styling and props, to achieve a result that eventually brought my sketches to life."
