    Climate Script Pitch Booth. Join us for some low-stakes fun to promote the power of storytelling in addressing climate change. Pitch your climate change script idea to a team of storytellers experienced in dramatic writing and invested in scripts that address climate change. Open to everyone.

  • 1pm-2pm Projects from the Anthropocene: On Climate Change, Space, and Time

    Department of Photography and Imaging

    In her lecture, Würfel presents a selection of photography projects from the Anthropocene, addressing climate change, space, and time. Her most recent project, “Forests in the Anthropocene,” explores the impacts of global warming on U.S. forests. Location: NYU Tisch School of the Arts at 721 Broadway, Room 804

    The OpenAir Carbon Removal Challenge is an international challenge for higher education students to create new processes, approaches, and prototypes to remove carbon from the environment. This showcase features presentations from the finalist teams who will travel to NYU from around the world.

  • Green Violet Script Call

    Department of Dramatic Writing

    Green Violet Script Call – Open to all Tisch students and staff. Write a script (10-120 pages) for the stage or screen that addresses climate change. The three most compelling scripts win a cash prize and professional script consultation. Deadline April 22, 2023 (11:59pm).
