Climate Script Pitch Booth. Join us for some low-stakes fun to promote the power of storytelling in addressing climate change. 5pm-7pm Follow the Carbon: Communicating a Path to Net Zero and the Global Climate Change Film Festival
Following dire warnings in the recently published Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)’s report, Climate Change 2022: Impacts, Adaptations and Vulnerabilities, NYU Provost Gigi Dopico will moderate a conversation focused on the critical role of storytelling in the communication of climate science, and the importance of achieving Net Carbon Zero goals.Read More.

In her lecture, Würfel presents a selection of photography projects from the Anthropocene, addressing climate change, space, and time. The OpenAir Carbon Removal Challenge is an international challenge for higher education students to create new processes, approaches, and prototypes to remove carbon from the environment.
