Yiwen Deng is a dance studies student who received training background in Chinese Classic Dance, Chinese Ethnic&Folk Dance, contemporary dance, Limon and Gaga technique. She builds a solid foundation of Chinese and Western dance history, and posts criticism on social media. Dedicated to cross-media praxis and theoretical study, her dance film works have been shortlisted in multiple competitions. She is the member of Dance Studies Association and National Dance Education Organization.
