E-Shop Lighting & Sound Loan Information

General Information

  • E-Loan equipment is available to all Tisch Undergraduate Drama productions, but must be submitted by a studio administrator or faculty member.

  • Students and Designers MUST submit their loan requests to the studio head or administrator first. Staff or Administrators will then review the loan form for official submission. Any requests made outside of this policy will be denied.

  • Please allow two business days for the shop to approve and contact you about your loan requests.

  • In-person pickups will no longer take place. E-Shop staff will now drop off and pick up loans based on load-in schedules and time frames submitted to the PRO.

    • i.e., if you have a load-in scheduled for a Saturday, the gear will be dropped off no sooner than the evening before, and no later than the morning of the load-in.

  • Requests for E-Shop Crew to help during load-In, focus, quiet time, tech or strike can be made through the loan form.
