Erika deVries is a performance, photo and video based artist. She has had solo exhibitions at venues which include Buzzer Thirty Arts Space, M.Y. Art Prospects, The Queens Theatre In the Park and Point Of View Gallery. She has also participated in group exhibition in New York at Schroeder Romero Gallery, M.Y. Art Prospects, Franklin Furnace at The Knitting Factory, FiveMyles Gallery, 450 Broadway Gallery, Arena @ Feed, Goliath Arts Space, The Bronx Museum of Art, Eyebeam Atelier. Other group exhibition venues include Aratoi Museum, New Zealand; ARC Gallery, Chicago; The LAW Office, Chicago; LACPS in Los Angeles; Eye Gallery and Ampersand Gallery, San Francisco; and the Berlin Kunst Projekt, Berlin, Germany. Erika has work in the collection of The Center for Creative Photography. She has taught college level art courses at Middlebury College and Pratt Institute, and multigenerational art courses in New York City Public Schools, at Eyebeam Atelier and with the Tucson Pima Arts Council.
