Jessica is the Administrative Aide in the Office of the Dean at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. The Office of the Dean ensures that the school's strategic goals are being advanced and projects are implemented.
Jessica is a movement artist, born and raised in New Jersey. She is an alumna of the Academy for Visual and Performing Arts (Morris County, NJ) and received her BFA in Dance from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Jessica's role in the arts community ranges among performance, education, administration, and event production. She has had the pleasure of contributing to the dance works of Charlotte Boye-Christensen, Ruth Clark, Randy James, Pamela Pietro, Crystal Pite, Renee Redding-Jones, Kensaku Shinohara, and Indah Walsh, among many others. Jessica also teaches weekly ballet technique classes to high school-aged students at Heartbeat Dance Center (Succasunna, NJ). Since 2015, Jessica has been the Program Coordinator for Tisch Future Dancers & Dancemakers, a free dance program for high school students modeled after the Tisch BFA Dance curriculum. As an administrator/producer, Jessica has worked for Dance Films Association (Brooklyn, NY), Freespace Dance (Montclair, NJ), Healing Arts Initiative (Long Island City, NY), Peridance Capezio Center/Peridance Contemporary Dance Company (New York, NY), project:Smith & Peluso (Jersey City, NJ), and The Power Within Healing (Oakland, CA). While a student at Tisch, Jessica worked as a Student Ambassador, Administrative Work-Study, and received a Media Fellowship from Tisch Dance and New Media.
