Justin started dancing at the age of 7 at the Maryland Youth Ballet. While there he studied with teachers including Michelle Lees, Rhodie Jorgenson, and Olivier Munoz. He also had a chance to perform works across the classical repertoire, as well as a number of contemporary pieces. Continuing his training at Butler University Justin had the opportunity study with professors Susan McGuire and Derek Reid, and to perform works by Nacho Duato and Paul Taylor. After graduating from Butler University's dance department in 2013 he went on to perform across the country, both with Ballet Arkansas, and as a guest artist. In 2015 He became the First male dancer in an Arkansas-based dance company to perform Balanchine, dancing the lead role in Who Cares?
