Dagny Looper fell in love with astronomy at a young age, growing up in rural Arkansas. While earning her PhD in Astronomy, she started making short films and decided she wanted to tell stories about everyone from hapless scientists to down-on-their-luck folks. After earning her PhD, she moved to New York City where she is finishing her MFA at NYU Tisch School of the Arts as a director/producer.
Brett Wagner is a writer/director based in Lost Angeles and Honolulu. IndieWIRE declared his film, CHIEF, "one of the 10 must-see shorts of Sundance.” CHIEF won Best Dramatic Film at the Los Angeles International Shortsfest and many other awards. His most recent short, CARE, is currently on the festival circuit and also won Best Dramatic Film at LA Shorts. Brett's first feature, FIVE YEARS, played 30 festivals and was distributed internationally. Recent screenplays include an adaption of the bestselling memoir, THE DEVIL’S TEETH, for exec. producer Terrence Malick, which won a Sloan Development grant. Brett also directs commercials.
