LITTLE BLACK DOLL
In her last year of undergrad, Bobbie – a cold hearted young woman – meets her match when she is forced to be a big sister to a sassy 10-year old girl with self esteem issues.
Danielle Holman is a 2016 graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with an MFA in Dramatic Writing. She arrived on the earth on December 20th 1991. She was born to a Jamaican mother and an American father to a family of two daughters, in the great city of Boston, making it a party of five. She found her passion for storytelling at a very young age in elementary school when she was asked to write a story about her family trip to London. Originally, she thought that she wanted to be an actor but when she realized that she didn’t have the talent for that, she realized her calling was to be a writer. Since then she has written a plethora of short stories, screenplays, teleplays and plays. As she leaves the nest of DDW, she hopes to continue to tell stories that move, inspire and create change in the world.
